Off to a shaky start as far as updating every week goes.
I just started a new job, and moved into a new house last week and so I didn't get a chance to do a show.
Luckily I have that ton of old shows I mentioned last post, so here's my show from December 23rd.
It's almost all Eduard Artemyev, who did the soundtracks for some of Andrei Tarkovsky's most well known films (Stalker, Solyaris). The only piece that isn't Artemyev, is from the soundtrack of a film that he did score. I included Isaac Dunayevski's "Hello Country Of Heroes" from The Inner Circle because it's so big and dramatic and Russian sounding.
The Artemyev stuff is beautiful, and dramatic and spacey.
